Project Overview
Partnering with Synues Interactive, the goal was to produce a high-impact real estate marketing video for LaRiva by Otivo Developments, a modern condo community in its pre-construction phase. This lifestyle film was designed to engage potential buyers by showcasing LaRiva’s urban convenience, access to green spaces, and the vibrancy of the surrounding neighborhood.
Production
To achieve this, we worked with Robert Hartman and Ashlyn Pamplin to craft a cinematic video that was filmed over two days in multiple locations. This project became the centrepiece of LaRiva’s digital marketing strategy, enhancing its real estate brand positioning and driving engagement across social media platforms and property listings.

“What really impressed me about David was his ability to go beyond just filming—he truly elevated the entire production. As the creative director and writer of the script, I had a vision, but they brought an entirely new level of creativity to the process. It’s not often you find someone who not only captures great shots but also structures and coordinates multiple scenes and locations so seamlessly, maintaining continuity without overtaxing the cast and crew.
Beyond that, they had an incredible instinct for adjusting shots on the fly and knowing exactly what would make a moment shine.
